Please read all store policies before making a purchase. By purchasing, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions as stated below.

Processing

All orders are prepared in the order they are received. All items in my shop are handmade by me. Items requiring custom colors or personalization will be started after payment is received.

Items that are RTS (ready to ship) will have the label RTS in the item description.

Please allow up to 10 business days for personalized items.

If an order is placed with both RTS (ready to ship) items and personalized items, all items will be shipped together. If you would like RTS items to ship separately, please leave a comment in the notes section at check out.

Shipping

All packages will ship via USPS, unless a different method is requested before ordering. If you require expedited shipping, please contact me for a quote prior to ordering.

If you receive a package damaged by USPS or your package is not delivered, please contact me immediately.

Returns/Exchanges

No returns or exchanges for customized or personalized items.

Returns or exchanges will be accepted for all RTS (ready to ship) items within 5 business days of delivery. Please contact me prior to returning items (buyer must pay return shipping).

If you receive a damaged item, part of your order is missing or you receive an item you did not order, please contact me to resolve within 5 business days. Any refunds given will be on original form of payment.
